Ross Cadastre is an accomplished entrepreneur who has established himself as a leading voice in equitable hiring practices in Canada. As the Founder of ITS Global, Ross has made it his mission to create access to jobs for BIPOC individuals by leveraging his extensive knowledge of recruitment technology and his ability to build and manage client and vendor relationships.
In addition to his work with ITS Global, Ross also serves as the board chair of the Black Business and Professional Association (BBPA), where he is a strong advocate for equitable opportunities for Black entrepreneurs and professionals. Ross's expertise in developing sales and recruitment strategies has helped many organizations achieve their diversity and inclusion goals.
